Joe Heys is the Night Time Economy policy lead for Greater Manchester, working to develop policy interventions that support workers and businesses active in the city-region between 6pm and 6am. He has worked with Ask for Angela CIC to develop the Ask for Angela Vulnerability Training Platform, equipping hospitality workers with the skills they need to spot the signs of vulnerability and provide support. He is also a DJ and event promoter in his spare time.
