This 45 minute, self paced course enables you to develop your skills and knowledge in managing vulnerability effectively.
Our BIIAB accredited training covers vulnerability management, bystander intervention, preventing sexual harassment, Ask for Angela and drink spiking.
The course is flexible, allowing you to complete it at your own pace. On completion, trainees will receive a completion certificate and the option to purchase an additional accreditation certificate from the British Institute of Innkeeping Awarding Body (BIIAB).
