This pledge confirms that you actively operate Ask for Angela and are committed to maintaining the scheme so that anyone needing support can access it.

Pledge Commitments

• Our staff understand Ask for Angela and feel confident responding appropriately

• Ask for Angela guidance/training is included in staff onboarding

• We provide refresher guidance at least every six months

• We display Ask for Angela materials where customers can see them, and where staff can reference them

• We record relevant incidents/requests where appropriate to support staff learning and good practice

• A named manager/lead is responsible for keeping Ask for Angela active in the venue (Optional but recommended)
