Samantha played a key role in shaping Hackney's innovative nightlife safety program, Hackney Nights. She has also held various roles within the hospitality and entertainment industries, with over 25 years experience in the sector. She has overseen the training of over 3,00 nightlife staff in Ask for Angela and has made this a key criteria point in their in-house accreditation scheme. She also oversees community safety in the economy, working very closely with partners and businesses and has achieved incredible crime reductions in night time spaces as well as increased reporting from venues and members of the public.
