Ask for Angela CIC is the not-for-profit organisation that oversees and promotes the Ask for Angela initiative across the UK and internationally
We work to make sure that whenever someone asks for Angela, they receive the help they need. Our role is to raise awareness of the shorthand phrase, support venues and organisations to use it effectively and ensure staff have the knowledge and confidence to respond safely and consistently.
Ask for Angela CIC provides free setup support, training and guidance for venues, as well as wider awareness materials for partners in policing, local government and hospitality.
Rooted in partnership and public safety, we continue to strengthen and expand this vital initiative so that everyone can socialise with greater confidence and security.
